1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment by contacting our support team.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to your original payment method.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refund requests within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Our Error: If you received any of the following items due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Product: We will reship the correct items or issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Product: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. We will replace the items or provide a full refund.
Missing Accessories: We will reship the missing parts.
Your Choice: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or no longer want it), you may return it at your own shipping cost. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.
3. Return Process
All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team. Please follow these steps:

Wait for our team to authorize the return and provide you with the return address and a return authorization code.
Securely package the item and ship it back. Please include your order number and authorization code inside the package.
We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number so we can monitor the return.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
All refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned package and confirm its condition.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Product Warranty
Products are covered against quality issues that are not caused by misuse or improper handling during the warranty period (if applicable).
Failures caused by misuse, improper storage, or lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty.
