Shipping policy
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the continental United States (48 states).
Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not supported at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: 4–12 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free shipping is available for eligible items within the continental United States.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping starts at $7.50. Final cost calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your package online.
Address Changes & Cancellations
You may request an address change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at sublimatiomstore@gmail.com

Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
